OSF Digital Appoints Raghu Mangaraju as Senior Vice President of India Global Capability Center to Drive Growth and Strategy in India

Former GCC Head for Blend360, CoreCompete to strengthen OSF Digital’s Global Delivery Capability and support AI-powered innovation and growth

San Francisco, CA (November 5, 2025) OSF Digital, a leading Salesforce-only consulting and services company, today announced the appointment of Raghu Mangaraju as Senior Vice President of the India Global Capability Center (GCC). With over 24 years of experience building high-performance global teams and delivering innovative Data & AI solutions, Raghu will be instrumental in strengthening OSF's global delivery capability and support the company’s AI-powered growth.

Raghu will spearhead the organization and expansion of OSF’s India Global Capability Center, a pivotal strategic initiative designed to enhance global delivery operations and meet the growing expectations of clients seeking high-performance teams based in India. The India GCC will serve as a key growth engine for OSF Digital’s global delivery network.

Raghu brings extensive international experience and a proven record of building Global Capability Centers from the ground up to global scale. His career spans both start-ups and large enterprises, including two global delivery centers for Blend360 and CoreCompete (an Accenture AI company), as well as a nine-year tenure at SAS. His blend of experience in building global delivery capabilities within a variety of settings uniquely positions him to drive our India operations at scale. With a strong foundation in AI, Data Analytics, and SAP Consulting, Raghu has evolved into senior leadership roles within professional services organizations, driving operational excellence and sustainable growth.

In his new role, Raghu will establish OSF Digital’s India Global Capability Center hub in Hyderabad, with additional delivery locations across key Indian cities. Working closely with OSF’s global leadership, he will build scalable, innovation-driven delivery operations out of India. While deeply passionate about technology, Raghu’s true focus lies in people, and he is committed to nurturing and embedding OSF Digital’s collaborative, human-centered culture across the India GCC.
