OSF Digital Appoints Giri Premsingh as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Transformation Officer

Quebec City, Canada (February 19, 2025) OSF Digital, an AI-first digital transformation services company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Giri Premsingh as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Transformation Officer.

As OSF Digital transitions its CEO role from Gerard (Gerry) Szatvanyi to David Northington, with Gerry taking on the position of Chief AI Officer, Giri will be instrumental in the company's evolution and growth. In addition to his responsibilities as CFO, Giri will assume leadership of additional support departments and tapping into his expertise will be crucial in aligning OSF Digital’s ambitious growth plan with execution initiatives.

Giri has joined OSF Digital, bringing experience from his previous role as Global CFO at DoIT International where he played a crucial role that resulted in the company's revenue growth tenfold during his tenure. Giri has also held several senior finance positions in many public and private technology companies including serving as CFO at Onica (a RackSpace Company) and CFO at REAN Cloud (a Hitachi Vantara Company) previously in his career and well positioned to support OSF Digital's strategic growth. Giri holds a master's degree in finance and completed his Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School.
