Ninth annual ORA features the partners as finalists in the ‘Sport’ retail category
Québec City, Canada – JUNE 22, 2016 – Ecommerce services provider OSF Digital, announced today its nomination with UK sports nutrition retailer and partner Predator Nutrition for The Online Retail Awards in the ‘Sport’ category.
The nomination follows Predator Nutrition’s recent Salesforce Commerce Cloud (formerly known as Demandware) and Salesforce CRM integration performed by OSF Commerce, as well as their adoption of OSF UnifyCOMMERCE, a customer-centric product that integrates online (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and offline (POS) transactional data with Salesforce Clouds (CRM and Community), providing retailers with customer 360° capabilities. Predator Nutrition selected the product in order to gain insights into customers’ shopping activity and therefore improve their marketing capabilities, by automatically synchronizing customers’ data from Salesforce Commerce Cloud in Salesforce CRM.
OSF UnifyCOMMERCE is the only Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Salesforce CRM certified integrator. Predator Nutrition is the first retailer in the United Kingdom to adopt the product.
