Québec City, Canada – January 22, 2019 – OSF Digital announced today the company has started work to enhance the customer experience for Schutz USA —a popular Brazil-based footwear brand. Schutz’s sophisticated footwear is available in an assortment of leading retailers, flagship stores in New York City and Beverly Hills, and online.
Schutz turned to OSF Digital to help the brand understand the best practices to be used in leveraging its Salesforce Marketing and Service Clouds. The company required assistance in integrating both Clouds with Shopify to ensure it met its goal to enhance the overall customer experience and improve how it delivers customer service.
OSF will be working to enhance Schutz’s Salesforce Marketing Cloud and will offer recommendations and suggestions on best practices to follow to fully leverage this technology platform. OSF Digital will also perform a Google Analytics audit, create a Google Tag Manager tagging plan, conduct an SEO audit, and will develop an SEO strategy as well as engage in optimization efforts. OSF will also implement and customize Salesforce Service Cloud for Schutz and integrate the brand’s Shopify platform with Service Cloud.
