announced today the publication of a new study analyzing the development of omnichannel technologies among retailers in the United Kingdom.

and OSF Digital published the white paper after conducting a survey of over 100 retailers in the United Kingdom, posing questions about the maturity of their omnichannel offerings in light of both recent technologies and growing consumer expectations.
From 14 questions, which include “Do you have a global view of inventory across brick and mortar stores?” and “have you used location-based marketing solutions?”, the partners found that the retail market, while clearly responding to changing customer behavior, is highly competitive—leaving a minority of retailers behind.
The authors conclude the paper with an expert response to the findings, along with five action points to help readers grow their retail practices by expanding their omnichannel offerings.
