We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Service Cloud Voice Solution Architect who is hands-on and technically proficient, with a strong background in enterprise Salesforce architecture and development. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and client engagement skills, taking full ownership of projects from inception to completion.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives while fostering collaboration across diverse teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, with a focus on Service Cloud Voice (Telephony). Experience with Amazon Connect, Amazon Contact Center solutions, and AWS skills like Lambda and Flex are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce Service Cloud and Service Cloud Voice solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives.
  • Configure and guide customers on telephony setup, including routing, number registration, and integration with Amazon Connect or other contact center technologies.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate Salesforce and AWS technologies (such as Lambda and Flex) to support scalable and high-performing Service Cloud Voice implementations.
  • Oversee technical delivery, including custom development, integrations, and data migration related to Service Cloud Voice.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and offshore teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and ensure successful project execution.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, promoting best practices and modern development methods such as DevOps and continuous integration.
  • Ensure security, compliance, reliability, and scalability of the Service Cloud Voice architecture.
  • Lead the resolution of complex technical issues and communicate architectural decisions clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in Service Cloud Voice and telephony architectures, including integration with Amazon Connect and AWS services such as Lambda and related contact center components.
  • 10–12 years of Salesforce experience with 5–7 years in senior technical or architectural roles, leading large-scale enterprise implementations across Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience).
  • Strong hands-on development background with deep knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, data management, security, and end‑to‑end architecture delivery for multiple Salesforce projects.
  • Extensive integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, web services, and ETL tools (MuleSoft is a plus), along with solid DevOps and release management proficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and required certifications, with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to mentor teams and work independently.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to OSF Digital. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role. In California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, Nevada, Rhode Island, and Vermont, the standard base pay range for this role is $150,000-200,000 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, Nevada, Rhode Island, and Vermont and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for competitive benefits, individual and team performance awards, others. Actual amounts will vary depending on overall profile, experience, and location.
