The Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant plays a crucial role in helping organizations optimize their sales processes through the effective implementation and customization of Salesforce Sales Cloud. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce capabilities, particularly within the Sales Cloud, and the ability to design solutions that meet client-specific needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their sales processes and identify Salesforce Sales Cloud needs.
  • Analyze client requirements and business challenges to recommend tailored Sales Cloud solutions.
  • Provide expertise on Sales Cloud functionality, features, and potential limitations.
  • Design and present Salesforce solutions to stakeholders, clearly articulating the benefits and strategic fit.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers and other IT professionals to ensure accurate implementation of chosen solutions.
  • Oversee the customization and configuration of Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet client specifications.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to facilitate effective adoption of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and advice to clients, including troubleshooting and optimization of Salesforce applications.
  • Stay current with the latest Salesforce trends and innovations to provide informed recommendations.
  • Document all consultancy activities, including client interactions, recommendations made, and feedback received.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role in IT or software consulting.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce development and documentation, particularly with Sales Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce deployment and project lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for client-facing interaction.
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into understandable terms for non-technical clients.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously.
  • Some exposure to Financial Services industry clients is nice to have.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to OSF Digital. Employees may live anywhere in Canada, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role. Generally, the standard base pay range for this role is CA$90,000 to $120,000 annually. This base pay range is specific to certain locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for competitive benefits. Actual amounts will vary depending on overall profile, experience, and location.
