Integrated Marketing Campaigns
OSF supports online marketing campaigns for arsmundi.com, has helped them integrate and unify their marketing plans with new content slots and assets, and has assisted with running day-to-day management of the platform in Business Manager.
For the retailer’s online marketing campaigns, OSF configured a 5% discount on all products using a promotion code, provided free shipping only to desired countries—UK, Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, Belgium and Netherlands—and created a content slot on the arsmundi.com homepage to communicate the discount. Configuration and planning were developed according to Salesforce Commerce Cloud best-case scenarios in order to maximize the impact of the campaign.
OSF helped ars mundi by creating a cart abandonment reduction campaign, offering a discount as an incentive for users who abandon their carts. Using customer groups and content slots from the homepage, OSF created a targeted experience for these users, featuring personalized messages and exclusive campaigns. By setting up different customer groups, ars mundi is able to display promotions on the homepage that are unique to each of these users, to multiple users at the same time.
OSF also helped with merchandising efforts and developed new landing pages in order to promote bestselling products and suitable products for specific events (e.g. Mother’s Day, Easter).The custom landing page created was used to land incoming traffic from different traffic sources like newsletters, PPC campaigns and designated affiliates. By targeting the customers dynamically and in accordance with their needs, OSF contributed to a 35% increase in ars mundi’s conversion rate.
End-to-End Digital Marketing
In addition to Business Manager webmastering, OSF helped the ars mundi team with end-to-end digital marketing services. OSF launched and managed entirely their international ecommerce shop, allowing ars mundi to access new international markets. Additionally, OSF offered customer support for new international sales, and implemented translations on the new site.
