Positioned to Leverage Commerce, Service and Marketing Clouds for Increased Customer Satisfaction

Québec City, Canada – July 02, 2018 OSF Digital announced today that it has started working on website enhancements for the popular American apparel and accessories brand, Life is Good®. The main features of this engagement includes implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud and the implementation of OSF UnifyCOMMERCE (Patent Pending) – Salesforce Commerce to Service Cloud integration. These implementations will ensure that Life is Good is positioned to deliver exceptional support and customer service across all channels. It will provide the company’s sales, service, and marketing teams with the ability to embark on a high-quality level of engagement and personalization with their valued shoppers because they will have a consistently updated, unified view of customer data.
OSF Digital will implement and customize Salesforce Service Cloud to ensure that customer service representatives are better able to manage and close cases with greater efficiency. This will help Life is Good to improve response times and increase customer satisfaction with the overall process. Another aspect of the work that OSF will perform includes the installation and configuration of Salesforce Native Connector to sync data between both Service and Marketing Clouds.
