We’re looking for someone eager to learn new things and enhance their basic knowledge of how computers and networks work. You’ll have experience of working in a fast-paced environment, and be used to working with anything that can be thrown at you during the day. You’ll be passionate about delivering an outstanding service at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform security administration functions, including creating user profiles and accounts, monitoring and managing system resources;
  • Perform system backup and recovery procedures;
  • Provide technical support and guidance for the employees;
  • Experience in operating systems (Windows): installing, services configurations, backup, security.

Requirements:

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve programming related issues;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • High customer service skills;
  • Strong attention to details and a sense of urgency;
  • Ability to deal with multiple tasks, to handle multiple high priorities, to balance changing priorities;
  • The ability to learn quickly new technologies;
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science is preferred;
  • Microsoft Certifications are a plus;
  • Previous help-desk experience is a plus.
