As a Business Analyst you will be a key member of the Salesforce Practice, acting as a conduit between technology and the business for our clients. Your strong analytical and project delivery skills will see you engage end-to-end from pre-sales and requirements elicitation through to solution design and implementation.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • End to end project engagement critically understanding clients operations and systems.
  • Translating client requirements into technical specifications in brief and translating designs into user stories.
  • Create business flowcharts or other visual aids to communicate changes to the business teams.
  • Determine the potential solutions and testing them for both technical and business compatibility.
  • Developing projects feasibility reports and presenting solutions to the client.
  • Define scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Prioritise features, define project scope and identify risks.
  • Plan and schedule timelines and milestones for projects.
  • Develop and deliver progress report, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.
  • Proactively manage changes in scope, identify potential crises and elaborate contingency plans.
  • Execute on other responsibilities in line with business objectives as required.

Requirements

About you:

Proven skills and experience within Financial Services 
5 years + project delivery experience with experience in presales proposals and estimation
High initiative and a strong focus on continuous improvement and innovation
Strong consulting, client engagement and communication skills
Prioritization and ability to provide oversight and engagement across multiple projects
Strong attention to detail, highly organised and focused on work quality planning
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders 
Self-managing and driven to achieve personal and company goals
Previous Salesforce experience would be ideal but not essential
