As an Account Manager, you are a subject matter expert, bringing a wealth of business development and strong capability to your clients across our US portfolio of clients.
The main responsibilities of this combined account development and delivery role include representing OSF’s services and products at your assigned accounts, helping set strategic direction, delivering programs, leading/coaching cross-functional teams, driving sales, and leading account strategy.

  • Establish, maintain, and build OSF’s footprint within your assigned account(s).
  • Responsible for hitting account revenue growth targets within assigned account portfolio.
  • Build credibility as a trusted advisor with VP and C-Level clients.
  • Work with clients to define and implement solutions that help them reach their vision and objectives.
  • Partner with your clients to influence strategic direction and identify ways OSF can help them achieve their objectives.
  • Drive business development and contracting processes, including accountability for profitability.
  • Partner with Delivery Center leads to solution the appropriate engagement approach and scope for our clients.
  • Own the overall customer satisfaction survey scores.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices.


A Successful Candidate will have the following:

  • Extensive account development and delivery management experience
  • Salesforce Commerce cloud or ecommerce experience preferred
  • Strong delivery skills are required, leveraging previous program management expertise
  • Prior experience in a senior leadership role in a consulting environment.
  • Prior work experience with clients in the Canadian Retail industry.
  • Advanced project delivery across technical, business transformation, strategic programs, including all aspects of program management (preferably in both waterfall and agile environments, and delivering Salesforce-centric solutions).
  • Excellent negotiation, conflict management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Previous P&L responsibilities is an asset.
  • Experience managing account commercials, including pricing, profitability, and contracts.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Doorstead. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role. In California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, and Washington, the standard base pay range for this role is $120,000-140,000 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for competitive benefits, individual and team performance awards, others. Actual amounts will vary depending on overall profile, experience, and location.
