Gerard Szatvanyi
Als Gründungsmitglied von OSF Digital verfügt Gerry über mehr als 15 Jahre Erfahrung im Management von Start-ups und mittelgroßen IT-Unternehmen, in denen er für hervorragende Leistungen gesorgt hat. Auf der Grundlage seiner Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Unternehmensanwendungen, IT-Dienstleistungen und Beratung kann Gerry ein beeindruckendes Kundenportfolio vorweisen. Er verfügt über einen M.Sc.-Abschluss von der Laval University, Quebec City. Außerdem ist er in verantwortlicher Position in anderen Start-ups und mittelgroßen Unternehmen tätig, die im Bereich IT-Dienstleistungen arbeiten.
Alin Dorobantu
Alin ist ebenfalls eines der Gründungsmitglieder von OSF und verfügt über mehr als 15 Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen Anwendungsentwicklung, Produkt-Lebenszyklus-Management und Projektleitung, kombiniert mit außergewöhnlichen Führungseigenschaften und unternehmerischen Fähigkeiten. Seine Tätigkeit als Berater und seine innovativen Ansätze im Bereich Unternehmensanwendungen haben es Alin ermöglicht, OSF als Anbieter von hervorragenden Dienstleistungen zu etablieren. Ariel Marciano
Ariel joined OSF in 2021 with more than 10 years of experience as CFO of various multinational companies, including 5 years in the digital transformation business. Prior to that, he held various corporate senior finance positions in multibillion-dollar companies. Ariel is committed to helping OSF streamline growth both financially and strategically. A graduate of Paris-Dauphine University, Ariel is a French CPA (diplôme d’expertise comptable).
Namita Seth
Namita Seth Chief People Officer
Namita Seth leads OSF Digital’s people and culture teams globally. She has played various roles across talent functions, M&A, setting up and scaling of a digital unit, and a talent pursuit leader for strategic deals. A seasoned executive with 16 years of international experience in a fast-paced technology world, Namita brings a balanced perspective of being a transformation catalyst and an enabler. Namita joins OSF Digital from one of the reputed $10 billion global consulting and digital technology firms, where she served as Vice-President and HR Head. Her most years have been spent in shaping and inspiring organizations to meet growth targets and she has a solid track record in delivering on an ambitious talent agenda.

Andy joined OSF Digital as Chief Revenue Officer in May 2022. His focus is on optimizing the sales and marketing teams to scale and exceed OSF Digital’s aggressive growth goals. Andy’s passion is creating and improving sales strategies and methodologies for organizations to enter new markets and generate exponential growth. He has more than 25 years of experience building, leading, and inspiring world-class sales teams for several leading IT companies.
Michael Galet
Michael Galet SVP of Operations
With over ten years of experience in project management for leading IT consulting companies, Michael joined OSF in 2013. His work has been critical to the success of multiple Salesforce Commerce Cloud projects and programs within the company. Michael has advanced into the role of SVP of Operations where he oversees OSF's expansion on a global scale.
Simion Petrov
Simion Petrov SVP of Innovation and Industries

Anna Petriv
Anna Petriv Executive VP, North America
Since 2010 when she joined the company, Anna has helped to build OSF's Salesforce practice from the ground up. With an academic background in computer science, information technology and finance, her career at OSF evolved quickly, holding roles such as Enterprise CRM Consultant, Product Manager and Salesforce Division Director. Presently Anna is responsible for the overall strategy, development, and execution of OSF's North American business, and the coordination of our global Salesforce partnership efforts.
Nicolas Castoriadis

Becky, derzeit Vice President Salesforce Alliance & Marketing bei OSF, trat dem Team 2019 zunächst als Vizepräsidentin des Field Marketing in Nordamerika bei. Alma Cirikovic
Alma Cirikovic VP of Finance & M&A
Alma kam 2009 zu OSF und stieg dabei rasch auf: Zunächst war sie als Buchhalterin tätig, dann als Group Finance Controller und schließlich ist sie nun VP Finance. Alma verfügt einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Management Accounting – 2013 wurde sie zudem zum kanadischen „Chartered Professional Accountant“ ernannt. Seit 2017 ist sie als VP Finance in einer strategischen Position tätig. Ihr Arbeitsfeld umfasst die Abwicklung von Anlagen, Fusionen, Übernahmen und Finanzierungen. Dank Almas Engagement bei der Übernahme von „iFactory Solutions“ erhielt OSF Global die Auszeichnung „M&A Transaction of the Year“ durch den Montreal M&A Club. Außerdem war sie direkt in die Kapitalbeteiligungsrunde involviert, die OSF von Delta-v Capital und Salesforce Ventures erhielt.
Dennis Alby
Dennis Alby VP of Sales, North America
Dennis brings to OSF more than 20 years of experience in Technology Services Sales and Delivery, focusing the last eight years on the Salesforce ecosystem. Previously, at Accenture, Dennis built the Salesforce Public Sector industry practice to become the No. 1 Salesforce industry partner—from non-existence in that market. He also served as the Technology vertical lead at Cloud Sherpas and held executive roles at companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500s.
Graham Armitage
Graham Armitage VP of Client Services, Americas
Graham kam 2018 mit mehr als 20 Jahren Erfahrung in den Bereichen Softwareentwicklung, Projektmanagement und globale Teamentwicklung zu OSF. Charles brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing, sales, product development, and management. With depth and breadth in varied markets, he drives the right go-to-market and demand generation strategies for OSF’s core products. A lifelong learner, he graduated from the University of Waterloo with degrees in management, business economics, and engineering. Charles also holds several certifications in leadership and marketing.
Jerome Katz
Jerome Katz VP of North America Delivery
Jerome joined OSF Digital in 2022 with 30 years of experience working with customers to achieve success through transformation of their marketing, sales, and customer service operations. He is passionate about the role strategy, process, technology, and people play in achieving an organization’s vision and driving growth. Prior to joining OSF, Jerome served as an Americas Practice Delivery Head for Wipro’s Salesforce practice (Appirio), where he was responsible for leading delivery organizations in the Health and Life Sciences, Retail, Services, Transportation, Communications, Media, Technology, and Consumer Goods industries in the Americas. Earlier in his career, he was a Managing Director in Accenture’s Communications, Media, and Technology practice, where he led numerous CRM transformation programs for large enterprise customers. For the past 15 years, Jerome has worked closely with Salesforce as an enabler of change and a catalyst for transformation.
Anthony Grost
Anthony Grost VP of Delivery EMEA
Anthony joined OSF Digital in September 2022. Passionate about digital transformation and strategy, he brings deep business knowledge and an enterprise architecture vision he has cultivated over the last 20 years working for large IT consulting companies and cloud solution leaders. With almost nine years leading ecommerce professional services at Salesforce, Anthony helps align OSF’s vision and values around customer success, trust and innovation. His previous experience with Capgemini and Atos Worldline strengthens his industrialization and efficiency management within the EMEA delivery and consulting team.
Cornelia Dragomirescu
Cornelia Dragomirescu VP, MC Global Coordination & Delivery
Agile and driven by results, Cornelia leads and is continually growing our global Salesforce Core & Marketing practice. With particular attention to empowering teams, developing talent, and improving delivery processes, Cornelia leads innovation to help companies make the most of their technology investment. Throughout her tenure at OSF, she had multiple roles – from architecture and program management to delivery and rolling out projects on a global scale.
Paul Balta
Paul Balta VP Operations, Delivery
Paul joined OSF in 2008 as a software developer and during his journey in the company he had multiple roles, from Solution Architect to Project Manager and later on acting as Commerce Operations Director. For the last 10 years Paul helped on improving delivery processes and growing the Commerce practice at a global scale, advancing into the role of Vice President of Operations, Delivery.
Rafael Diogenes
Rafael Diogenes VP LATAM, Delivery
Rafael joined OSF in 2018 through the acquisition of iFactory Solutions, where he was a partner. He possesses more than 20 years of experience in project delivery, digital transformation and operations leadership. Rafael now leads the operations in Latin America and is responsible for running the delivery centers for B2C LATAM and digital apps. He previously served as Commerce Operations Director in LATAM for OSF. Rafael holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science, an MBA in finance and an MBA in executive management.

Colin has helped global and local organisations achieve their digital transformation and customer goals over the course of the last 20 years. In this time he has been involved in sales, leadership, general management and client delivery roles in services organisations, with experience across start-ups, scale-ups and global firms. He has a particular interest in innovation.
Adriano Patrao
Adriano Patrao Regional VP, LATAM

Ricard Terre

Ricard was the cofounder and CEO of SoulEcommerce, a company based in Spain that was acquired by OSF Digital in October 2019. He has more than 20 years of experience in leading the development and implementation of ecommerce projects, as well as general management and sales expertise. Ricard has a financial background and experience in a variety of ecommerce platforms, email marketing tools and CRM systems. He is now the Regional Vice President for Spain at OSF Digital.
Dominic-Stow
Dominic Stow Regional VP, ANZ
Dominic was the co-founder and CEO of Adept Group, a leading ANZ Salesforce Implementation partner specialising in B2B Commerce, until its acquisition by OSF Digital in May 2021. He has over 25 years experience in IT consultancy, with strong delivery, leadership, sales and strategy expertise. Dominic has had a number of advisory board roles and still sits on the Auckland University ICT Industry Advisory Group. In his role as Regional VP, ANZ at OSF Digital, Dominic is responsible for leading the growth of Core Salesforce, B2B and B2C Commerce in Australia and New Zealand.
Adela Szatvanyi

A successful team builder with expertise in commerce, Adela leads the strategy, operations and growth for OSF’s business in Canada. Prior to her current position, Adela oversaw business development in APAC for five years, directing the digital commerce strategy and helping close major deals in the region. Under her management, OSF won the Salesforce Japan Partner of the year for Commerce Cloud in 2022. During her 12+ years at OSF, Adela and her teams have helped notable global brands establish a global commerce presence. She’s a firm believer in corporate social responsibility and is dedicated to managing, coaching and growing team members into middle and top management positions. Her creative leadership style encourages launching new ventures and identifying better ways of driving business.
Francois Carrette

Leading the US Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, and Automotive sales team, Mitch possesses over 30 years of experience in the tech industry and almost ten years in the Salesforce ecosystem. Mitch began his career as a developer and systems implementor before becoming a software entrepreneur. He has designed, implemented, and represented a variety of ERP and CRM software products. Prior to joining OSF Digital, Mitch served in a number of leadership roles at industry leaders Accenture, Salesforce, Cloud Sherpas, and Avionos. Along the way, he has managed many complex global Salesforce programs for customers like Goldman Sachs, AIG, ITT, Merz Pharmaceuticals, the United Nations, and Kodak.
Hiroyuki Dewa
Hiroyuki Dewa Regional VP & Country Manager
With extensive global sales leadership experience, Hiro heads OSF’s team in Japan to manage operations and strategically drive growth. He has a record of leading worldwide sales teams and developing new business to produce double-digit expansion. Utilizing his 34-plus years of sales experience at global IT companies, he has built a broad personal network of both customers and business partners. Hiro leverages his expertise and connections to create synergies and innovations with multi-national organizations. He has experience managing a newly acquired software company and, as the country manager, successfully completing its transformation to grow its business.
Will Scully-Power
Will Scully-Power Area Vice-President
Will previously co-founded MarketingFX, a digital marketing automation and CRM agency that was acquired by Sqware Peg, Australia’s first Salesforce partner. He joined OSF Digital in 2022 as part of its acquisition of Datarati, a company he co-founded and led since 2009. Will formed a strategic partnership with Salesforce across Australia, New Zealand, and the wider Asia-Pacific region to help organizations digitally transform their customer experiences using data, personalization, and automation.
Rahul Jolly
Rahul Jolly Area VP, Marketing Cloud, North America
Rahul runs the Salesforce Marketing Cloud practice for OSF in North America. He has more than 20 years of experience in pre-sales and professional services implementations, helping customers transform how they run their business. Previously, Rahul was the founder and CEO of AARIN Inc. Under his leadership, Aarin became the go-to Salesforce partner for all Marketing Cloud products. Rahul joined OSF in July 2022, when OSF acquired AARIN Inc.
Delphine Hay
Delphine Hay aVP of EMEA Marketing & Business Development
Delphine started working with OSF in 2012, initially in charge of the French subsidiary, she gradually took responsibility for marketing and business development in France, then for Southern Europe and now oversees marketing operations of the EMEA region. Her previous professional experience was focused on helping IT companies (infrastructure companies, software publishers) to develop their activities at the commercial and marketing level.
Henrique Andrade

Henrique joined OSF Digital in 2018 as part of its acquisition of iFactory Solutions, a company he co-founded and led since 2003. Henrique has over 25 years of experience working with international enterprise companies in several industries (Finance, Telecom, Entertainment, Retail, CPG, Manufacturing). Henrique has a strong technical background combined with the business knowledge to help brands to excel in their Multicloud strategies related to B2C / B2B Commerce platforms as well as a deep experience with integration and analytics solutions.
Oana Andriesanu

Creative thinker and energetic leader with 13+ years of experience in global marketing and sales operations, Oana has been contributing to the continuous growth of the company. She designed and implemented marketing strategies, built integrated programs and lead global, cross-functional teams that broke through the noise, and delivered measurable outcomes that drove growth. In her current role, Oana leads design and automation of key sales management reporting for global and regional sales leadership teams, analyzes business trends, tracks key performance metrics, and ensures sales team adheres to corporate sales guidelines and practices.
Maxime Bosvieux
Maxime Bosvieux aVP of Commerce & Performance
Maxime fell into a career in ecommerce early. After earning a degree in philosophy, he joined a startup that was bought two years later by Adeo, a leading European home furniture retailer. At Adeo, he deployed ecommerce in several countries before shifting to a web agency where he led an ecommerce program for major clients such as Galeries Lafayette. After successfully launching his own ecommerce agency, Do You Switch, one of his clients, Ubisoft, hired him to accelerate ecommerce deployments in Europe and Asia. Maxime multiplied deploying ecommerce in more than 70 countries in a tight partnership with OSF Digital. His strong track record with successful ecommerce and marketing performance and his international experience led him to OSF, where he now grows and develops ecommerce for OSF’s clients as an AVP of Commerce & Performance.
Bogdan Stefanescu
Bogdan joined OSF in 2010, previously holding roles as Developer, Team Leader and Project Manager. Since 2018, Bogdan has helped build OSF’s OMS practice. He’s currently responsible for developing new partnerships in the OMS space and oversees the strategy and development of OMS businesses at the global level.
J.D. Moss
J.D. Moss General Counsel
J.D. joined OSF in 2021 and leads the company's legal department as General Counsel. Prior to joining OSF, J.D. led enterprise risk for a company with $5 billion in annual revenue, was head of legal for a high-growth global SaaS company that was acquired by a Fortune 500 company, and was a technology transactions attorney at a top international law firm. J.D. is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law and was named a ‘Trending 40 Corporate Counsel’ in 2017. J.D.’s extensive experience and expertise is crucial in setting OSF’s legal strategy and enabling OSF to navigate the global business landscape.

Rob has over 20 years of deep ecommerce and digital transformation experience. He joined OSF in 2019 through an acquisition and is responsible for taking OSF's services and products to market, ensuring they are impactful, well-positioned, and serving our customers' needs.

Gabriel was the COO of successyou GmbH, a German ecommerce agency specializing in implementing and customizing B2B commerce platforms, until its acquisition by OSF Digital in 2019. He has over 25 years of experience in B2B commerce consultancy, with strong delivery, leadership, sales, and strategy expertise. In his role as aVP of EMEA Operations & Delivery at OSF Digital, Gabriel is responsible for leading the growth of Salesforce Core and B2B Commerce in the EMEA region.
Gabriel Ciulbea

Gabriel joined OSF in 2006 as a SQL developer, with the primary responsibility of creating reports for a custom CRM solution. During his OSF journey, Gabriel was able to identify growth opportunities to propel his career to Team Lead, Project Manager, CRM Operations Manager, later to an Operation Director in the Salesforce Core Division, and then in the Salesforce Commerce, North America Delivery Center. Gabriel has played an essential role in improving delivery processes and growing the practice in the Core Division and the Salesforce Commerce, North America DC, advancing into the role of an Associate Vice President, North American Delivery.
Remy Delannoy

With over ten years of experience in commerce, Remy has strong project management and delivery experience. He joined OSF Digital in 2017, focusing on contributing to the company's growth and continuous improvement. With roles as a project manager, a project director, a delivery center manager, and today as AVP of Operations, Remy ensures delivery efficiency and leads M&A operations integrations.

With a strong background in Psychology and over 10 years of experience in recruiting, Ramona brings comprehensive subject matter expertise in end-to-end talent acquisition strategies. Ramona joined OSF in 2011 as a Technical Recruiter and advanced into aVP of Global Recruiting, overseeing OSF’s growth at a global scale and is responsible for the overall development, execution, and optimization of the company’s global Talent Acquisition strategy.
Alexandru Bradescu
Alex has over 20 years of deep experience in IT. Having joined OSF in 2011, focused on sustaining the company's vision and growth, Alex helped create and empower its IT team. Alex successfully implemented the most modern and secure solutions for decentralized work and centralized management. In recent years, Alex has been actively involved in all M&As projects, as well as the equity investment round OSF Digital received from Delta-v Capital, Salesforce Ventures, and Sunstone Partners.

Anna joined OSF Digital in 2020 as an Account Executive and quickly propelled her career to a Sales Director and VP of Sales in the DACH region. A results-driven sales professional with proven experience across various industries, including retail, healthcare, and automotive, Anna is dedicated to driving new business by providing excellent service and establishing strategic partnerships. Anna holds a degree in math and computer science from Freie Universität Berlin.

Mike joined OSF in 2021 through the acquisition of the Adept Group. For the last 20 years, Mike has had a variety of sales and management roles in the IT industry, representing brands such as IBM, Google, and Amazon. For the last 10 years, Mike has focused on building and developing Salesforce practices, from initiation to platinum partner level. For almost three years, Mike sat on the Salesforce partner advisory board as a representative of the APAC region.
Pierre Bardot

Pierre is a results-driven sales professional with over 20 years of successful sales experience in the software industry, including over 10 years in SaaS. Having joined OSF in 2022, Pierre brings proficiency in building and executing in-depth sales strategies for companies in Europe and on a global scale. Pierre possesses strong knowledge of retail, luxury, and grocery, among other industries, and is passionate about all things omnicommerce.
