As a founding member of OSF Digital, Gerry has more than 15 years of experience managing start-ups and medium-size IT businesses and driving them to peak performance. With background in Enterprise Applications, IT Services and Consultancy, Gerry's impressive client and business portfolio sets him in the new breed for global entrepreneurship. Gerry holds a M. Sc. from Laval University, Quebec City. He also holds management and board positions in other start-ups and medium size businesses with IT related activities.
Also a founding member of OSF, Alin brings over 15 years of experience in Application Development, Product Lifecycle Management and Project Management, combined with exceptional operational leadership and entrepreneurial skills. His consultancy portfolio and successful innovation in enterprise applications have enabled Alin to effectively create operational excellence at OSF. Alin holds a B. Sc. in Computer Science from Bucharest University, one of the most prestigious education institutes in Romania.
Ariel joined OSF in 2021 with more than 10 years of experience as CFO of various multinational companies, including 5 years in the digital transformation business. Prior to that, he held various corporate senior finance positions in multibillion-dollar companies. Ariel is committed to helping OSF streamline growth both financially and strategically. A graduate of Paris-Dauphine University, Ariel is a French CPA (diplôme d’expertise comptable).
Nicolas graduated from Paris ESLSCA Business School in 1990. He co-founded six companies in different IT fields, where he assured sales management and marketing in an international context. He joined OSF in 2012. Passionate about new technologies, Nicolas has strong expertise in the development and implementation of global ecommerce and CRM programs.
Since 2010 when she joined the company, Anna has helped to build OSF's Salesforce practice from the ground up. With an academic background in computer science, information technology and finance, her career at OSF evolved quickly, holding roles such as Enterprise CRM Consultant, Product Manager and Salesforce Division Director. Presently Anna is responsible for the overall strategy, development, and execution of OSF's North American business, and the coordination of our global Salesforce partnership efforts.
With over ten years of experience in project management for leading IT consulting companies, Michael joined OSF in 2013. His work has been critical to the success of multiple Salesforce Commerce Cloud projects and programs within the company. Michael has advanced into the role of SVP of Operations where he oversees OSF's expansion on a global scale.
Simion began his career at OSF in 2007 when he entered the internship program as a software developer and quickly ascended within the company holding roles as a team leader and project manager. From 2013 to 2018, Simion established and optimized the company's commerce division, growing the group to over 400 people who delivered over 200 projects, making OSF Commerce one of Salesforce’s top ecommerce partners. He has created new local structures designed to support the company's rapid growth in APAC and LATAM while at the same time, worked on innovation of the company's processes, best practices, and products including the creation of the OSF Product Labs program.
Namita Seth leads OSF Digital’s people and culture teams globally. She has played various roles across talent functions, M&A, setting up and scaling of a digital unit, and a talent pursuit leader for strategic deals. A seasoned executive with 16 years of international experience in a fast-paced technology world, Namita brings a balanced perspective of being a transformation catalyst and an enabler. Namita joins OSF Digital from one of the reputed $10 billion global consulting and digital technology firms, where she served as Vice-President and HR Head. Her most years have been spent in shaping and inspiring organizations to meet growth targets and she has a solid track record in delivering on an ambitious talent agenda.
David joined OSF Digital in 2021 with more than 25 years of experience working in technology, professional services and digital transformation organizations. His focus has been on attracting and developing high-impact teams for hypergrowth technology scalers and innovators.
Prior to joining OSF, he served as Global Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Executive Recruiting & HR Operations at Cognizant Technology Solutions. While there, he helped grow the organization from 2,500 employees to more than 300,000 employees. He also contributed to increasing revenue from $250 million to more than $18 billion. During his tenure, the company became a Fortune 500 company.
Earlier in David’s career, he served as Managing Director at Korn Ferry, Vice President at Christian & Timbers and Sr. Consultant at Fenwick Partners.
A distinguished graduate of the Virginia Military Institute, David was commissioned as 2nd Lieutenant in the U.S. Army upon graduation.
He resides outside of Boston, Massachusetts, with his three daughters and spends his free time cycling, golfing and skiing.
Currently serving as Vice President of Global Marketing at OSF, Becky joined the team in 2019 first as VP of Field Marketing in North America. With more than 15 years of worldwide marketing and demand generation experience in rapidly growing organizations, Becky plays a major role in driving demand that influences and converts revenue growth globally. With a passion for technology and technical services, Becky is able to introduce and implement marketing and sales enablement efficiencies that deliver strong results and deep business intelligence. Her speaking engagements focus on the marketing strategies behind digital transformation efforts. Becky graduated from Arizona State University and participated in a language immersion program at Universite Laval in Quebec City.
Graham joined OSF in 2018 with more than 20 years of software development, project management and global team development experience. In 2008, following many years of managing web development projects, Graham joined the Demandware client services team, leading the ecommerce implementation of multiple enterprise customers and working extensively with OSF Commerce. After a few years with Salesforce, he now leads OSF's client services division for North and South America where he is responsible for delivery and account management.
Alma joined OSF in 2009 and quickly moved her way through the ranks as an Accountant, Group Finance Controller and then VP Finance. Alma holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Accounting and became a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant in 2013. Since 2017 as Vice-President, Finance she works in a more strategic capacity related to investments, mergers & acquisitions, and financing. Alma's dedication in heading up OSF's acquisition of iFactory Solutions made OSF Global win an award for the 'M&A Transaction of the Year' from the Montreal M&A Club. She has also been directly involved in the equity investment round OSF received from Delta-v Capital and Salesforce Ventures.
Charles brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing, sales, product development, and management. With depth and breadth in varied markets, he drives the right go-to-market and demand generation strategies for OSF’s core products. A lifelong learner, he graduated from the University of Waterloo with degrees in management, business economics, and engineering. Charles also holds several certifications in leadership and marketing.
Francois is an agile and creative corporate entrepreneur, with over 20 years experience in Digital Commerce management. Francois advises companies on growing their business with the right digital solutions that lead to meaningful interactions with their audiences. With a strong marketing and CRM background, particularly in eCommerce project management, Francois makes our customers’ needs an IT reality, based on his constant communication, coordination, and clear understanding of internal project managers and developers. Since Francois joined OSF in 2014, his contributions have been crucial in driving growth of the business in North America, while also creating a great OSF company culture.
Colin has helped global and local organisations achieve their digital transformation and customer goals over the course of the last 20 years. In this time he has been involved in sales, leadership, general management and client delivery roles in services organisations, with experience across start-ups, scale-ups and global firms. He has a particular interest in innovation.
Adriano joined OSF Digital in 2018 as part of its acquisition of iFactory Solutions, a company he co-founded and lead since 2003. He has over 20 years of experience in the sales of complex IT services for multi-country enterprise brands in Latin America and North America. Adriano possesses a technical background and experience with B2C/B2B Digital Commerce platforms, as well as Enterprise Customer Experience Management clouds.
Carlo was one of successyou’s founders and served as the CEO of the company until it was acquired by OSF Digital in December 2019. He is now Regional Vice President for the DACH Region for OSF Digital. Carlo has worked for over 30 years in the IT industry, mostly in sales, leadership, and general management roles in large, global organizations as well as in start-ups. Throughout his career, he has been focused on customer relationships, customer success, and innovative technologies.
Ricard was the cofounder and CEO of SoulEcommerce, a company based in Spain that was acquired by OSF Digital in October 2019. He has more than 20 years of experience in leading the development and implementation of ecommerce projects, as well as general management and sales expertise. Ricard has a financial background and experience in a variety of ecommerce platforms, email marketing tools and CRM systems. He is now the Regional Vice President for Spain at OSF Digital.
Dominic was the co-founder and CEO of Adept Group, a leading ANZ Salesforce Implementation partner specialising in B2B Commerce, until its acquisition by OSF Digital in May 2021. He has over 25 years experience in IT consultancy, with strong delivery, leadership, sales and strategy expertise. Dominic has had a number of advisory board roles and still sits on the Auckland University ICT Industry Advisory Group. In his role as Regional VP, ANZ at OSF Digital, Dominic is responsible for leading the growth of Core Salesforce, B2B and B2C Commerce in Australia and New Zealand.
With expertise in commerce operations, Adela oversees the business development activities in APAC, directing the region’s digital commerce strategy. During her 10+ years at OSF, she and her team have helped notable brands power up for online growth. Adela has supported global luxury brands, large German sports apparel brands and one of Japan’s oldest cosmetics companies by helping them establish a global commerce presence.
Delphine started working with OSF in 2012, initially in charge of the French subsidiary, she gradually took responsibility for marketing and business development in France, then for Southern Europe and now oversees marketing operations of the EMEA region. Her previous professional experience was focused on helping IT companies (infrastructure companies, software publishers) to develop their activities at the commercial and marketing level.
Paul joined OSF in 2008 as a software developer and during his journey in the company he had multiple roles, from Solution Architect to Project Manager and later on acting as Commerce Operations Director. For the last 10 years Paul helped on improving delivery processes and growing the Commerce practice at a global scale, advancing into the role of Associate Vice President of Operations.
Henrique joined OSF Digital in 2018 as part of its acquisition of iFactory Solutions, a company he co-founded and led since 2003. Henrique has over 25 years of experience working with international enterprise companies in several industries (Finance, Telecom, Entertainment, Retail, CPG, Manufacturing). Henrique has a strong technical background combined with the business knowledge to help brands to excel in their Multicloud strategies related to B2C / B2B Commerce platforms as well as a deep experience with integration and analytics solutions.
Creative thinker and energetic leader with 13+ years of experience in global marketing and sales operations, Oana has been contributing to the continuous growth of the company. She designed and implemented marketing strategies, built integrated programs and lead global, cross-functional teams that broke through the noise, and delivered measurable outcomes that drove growth. In her current role, Oana leads design and automation of key sales management reporting for global and regional sales leadership teams, analyzes business trends, tracks key performance metrics, and ensures sales team adheres to corporate sales guidelines and practices.
Maxime fell into a career in ecommerce early. After earning a degree in philosophy, he joined a startup that was bought two years later by Adeo, a leading European home furniture retailer. At Adeo, he deployed ecommerce in several countries before shifting to a web agency where he led an ecommerce program for major clients such as Galeries Lafayette. After successfully launching his own ecommerce agency, Do You Switch, one of his clients, Ubisoft, hired him to accelerate ecommerce deployments in Europe and Asia. Maxime multiplied deploying ecommerce in more than 70 countries in a tight partnership with OSF Digital. His strong track record with successful ecommerce and marketing performance and his international experience led him to OSF, where he now grows and develops ecommerce for OSF’s clients as an AVP of Commerce & Performance.
Bogdan joined OSF in 2010, previously holding roles as Developer, Team Leader and Project Manager. Since 2018, Bogdan has helped build OSF’s OMS practice. He’s currently responsible for developing new partnerships in the OMS space and oversees the strategy and development of OMS businesses at the global level.
Rafael joined OSF in 2018 through the acquisition of iFactory Solutions, where he was a partner. He possesses more than 20 years of experience in project delivery, digital transformation and operations leadership. Rafael now leads the operations in Latin America and is responsible for running the delivery centers for B2C LATAM and digital apps. He previously served as Commerce Operations Director in LATAM for OSF. Rafael holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science, an MBA in finance and an MBA in executive management.
J.D. joined OSF in 2021 and leads the company's legal department as General Counsel. Prior to joining OSF, J.D. led enterprise risk for a company with $5 billion in annual revenue, was head of legal for a high-growth global SaaS company that was acquired by a Fortune 500 company, and was a technology transactions attorney at a top international law firm. J.D. is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law and was named a ‘Trending 40 Corporate Counsel’ in 2017. J.D.’s extensive experience and expertise is crucial in setting OSF’s legal strategy and enabling OSF to navigate the global business landscape.
Rob has over 20 years of deep ecommerce and digital transformation experience. He joined OSF in 2019 through an acquisition and is responsible for taking OSF's services and products to market, ensuring they are impactful, well-positioned, and serving our customers' needs.
