We are looking for a highly skilled Mobile Developer to lead the development of Android applications, ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable, and high‑quality solutions. In this role, you will mentor junior and mid‑level developers, drive best engineering practices, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to shape and deliver impactful digital products.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of native Android applications using Kotlin;
- Mentor and guide junior and mid‑level developers;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical and business requirements;
- Participate in architecture discussions and make strategic technical decisions;
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high code quality standards;
- Work with design and product teams to define, design, and implement new features;
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance issues;
- Ensure performance optimization and efficient use of device resources;
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in native Android development with Kotlin;
- Deep knowledge of software architecture and design patterns;
- Proven experience building and maintaining complex Android applications;
- Strong performance optimization and resource management skills;
- Excellent leadership and time‑management capabilities;
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams;
- Proactive mindset to identify improvements and technological innovation opportunities;
- Native Portuguese speaker;
