Discovery runs long, results depend on who is staffed, and knowledge leaves when people roll off. Kepler is OSF Digital's agentic delivery system and methodology, built to reduce all three.

How OSF Digital’s Agentic Delivery Works

How OSF Digital’s Agentic Delivery Works

Nothing replaces human responsibility, judgment, and creativity in OSF Digital's work with you. Kepler takes on the work that used to take people’s time, such as write-ups, user stories, documentation, and scope checks, and a named OSF Digital expert reviews and signs off every deliverable. Every agent and every person on your program works from one shared program memory, with no memory shared across customers.

Bring Agentic Delivery to Your Salesforce or Frontier AI Program

Kepler combines OSF Digital’s practitioners, specialist AI agents, and expert sign-off on every deliverable, so your program moves faster without giving up quality. Let’s talk about what that looks like for yours.

FAQ

Agentic delivery is a way of running technology programs in which AI agents do much of the work between decisions, such as workshop write-ups, user stories, documentation, test scripts, and scope checks, while experienced people direct the work and make the calls. At OSF Digital, Kepler applies agentic delivery to Salesforce and Frontier AI programs, and a named expert reviews and signs off every deliverable.

It’s a fair question, and clients increasingly ask it. A more useful test is whether AI changes the outcome of your program, with speed, quality, and cost improving together, or only makes individual consultants faster. OSF Digital built Kepler to improve all three, including scope checks that catch drift early, before it turns into an expensive surprise.

AI tools make one person faster, but knowledge stays scattered across people and documents, and nobody checks the AI’s work by default. Agentic delivery runs the whole program as a team system. Kepler is deployed per customer, with one shared program memory, specialist agents that act as digital twins of delivery roles, and more than 200 skills that capture how OSF Digital’s best people work.

AI speeds up the work that sits between decisions: workshop write-ups, documentation, user stories, and test writing. Using Kepler, OSF Digital’s teams turned 22 discovery workshops into recaps directly from transcripts, removing about 190 hours of write-up. The backlog was ready two sprints earlier than normal. Decisions and sign-off stay with OSF Digital’s experts.

Scope creep is cheapest to fix when it’s caught early, which means checking the live backlog against the signed statement of work on every pass. OSF Digital uses Kepler to run those checks in hours instead of days, marking each item in or out of scope with its source cited, at about 90% accuracy against a full human review. Because the checks are fast, they always get done.

A named OSF Digital expert, on every deliverable. AI agents make mistakes and can move quickly in the wrong direction, so on a Kepler program no AI-produced work reaches the client or gets built without an expert’s sign-off, and a phase gate can’t pass on unapproved work. Agents flag unconfirmed facts instead of inventing them.

Keep it in shared systems of record, not in people’s heads and notes. Kepler keeps one memory per program, in the systems the program already uses, so knowledge stays when people change. Everyone working on the program, people and agents alike, works from the same current picture.

It can be, if the partner isolates each customer’s data, applies permissions and guardrails by default, and runs AI under enterprise agreements, not consumer tools. Kepler is deployed per customer, with no memory shared across customers and a full audit trail. It’s built on Anthropic’s Claude under OSF Digital’s enterprise agreements.

No. Agents take on drafting, documentation, and checking, which gives experienced consultants more time for the judgment calls only they can make. On a Kepler program, accountability for every deliverable stays with a named OSF Digital expert.

Kepler can be set up on a live engagement in under an hour, working from the program’s existing systems of record. Nothing new is needed on the client’s side.
