About the Product

Online gift cards are a great way for merchants to offer their valued customers an alternative way to send gifts. Empowering shoppers to give and redeem gift cards helps online stores increase revenue, acquire new consumers, and obtain additional brand recognition.

eGift Card is a Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA) compatible cartridge created for merchants using Salesforce Commerce Cloud. The product offers an easy way for customers to buy online gift cards in the amount they choose — for their friends, loved ones, colleagues, or business partners. A cosmetics or apparel gift card is always a safe, flexible back-up plan for special occasion presents.

eGift Card has received the Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA) certification from Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

Main Features

SFRA dedicated

The cartridge was created to be added on websites that are using Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA), Salesforce Commerce Cloud customization model and blueprint for site design.
CUSTOM DESIGN

eGift Card enables a dedicated Gift Cards section on the storefront which features a carousel with designs the shopper can choose for the gift card. They can also chose the amount they want to add on the card.
Check balance

The recipient of the gift card can check its balance by entering the code they received via email in the Gift Cards section of the website. Additionally, the balance can be checked on the checkout page and in My Account.
NEW! SEND GIFT CARDS TO CUSTOMER LIST

You can now send online gift cards to your customers directly from Business Manager. Recipients need to be added manually and gift cards are sent to the list via email.
USE MULTIPLE GIFT CARDS

The recipient of the gift card can use multiple gift cards in one order. They will see the amount each gift card contributes to the entire order, as well as the sum of all gift cards they’ve entered.
Wish list & Gift registry

Gift cards can be added to a wish list or gift registry and set as public. Customers can use the search engine on the site to view a wish list or gift registry and purchase a gift card directly from this location.
DEDICATED SECTION ON STOREFRONT

After installing the cartridge, a “Gift Cards” section is added to the website enabling customers to order a gift card.
