Sonae Fashion is a multinational company that manages a diverse portfolio of businesses in the retail, financial services, technology, shopping centers and telecommunications sectors. Sonae wanted to increase the growth of its business by improving the ecommerce presence of two of its brands, Zippy and Modalfa – Comércio e Serviços S.A., doing business as MO.
Sonae was looking for help with assisting these two brands in offering a coherent and seamless omnichannel experience to their customers, accelerating their ecommerce expansion into new regions and reinforcing their logistics and omnichannel capabilities.

OSF Digital replatformed MO and Zippy from Magento to Salesforce Commerce Cloud based on SFRA (Storefront Reference Architecture) to ensure easy site deployment. The shared architecture of SFRA will help Sonae Fashion group to go to market faster and consolidate the ecommerce presence for the entire family of brands.
OSF customized and rebuilt several third-party integrations from scratch to ensure they met Sonae’s specific needs. The OSF team performed an in-house implementation of e-Goi CRM and enabled communication between Salesforce Commerce Cloud and OMS using APIgee.
Sonae now leverages Ingenico iPayments DirectLink, Multibanco and PayPal for payment processing and uses CLL for its loyalty program.
