Salesforce Solution Architect (Contract)
We’re seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect (Contract) to play a key role in designing, delivering, and optimising Salesforce solutions across enterprise-scale, public sector, and commercial projects.This role will suit someone who enjoys blending technical architecture with client leadership, thrives in complex multi-cloud environments, and is passionate about helping organisations achieve impact through technology.You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients — particularly within Health, Education and wider public sector ecosystem — providing architectural leadership across multi-cloud, enterprise level engagements.This role is open to anyone that is available for an immediate start and is living / eligible to work in ANZ.What You’ll Do
- Architect and deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet client and OSF standards for performance, security, and maintainability.
- Lead technical solutioning across Service Cloud, OmniStudio, and DevOps pipelines.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions align with both business and technical objectives.
- Define and document architecture blueprints, integration patterns, and system designs.
- Provide technical oversight during implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Contribute to pre-sales discussions and solution scoping with business stakeholders.
- Mentor and support consultants, fostering capability growth across the Wellington team.
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and support OSF’s continuous improvement initiatives.
- 3+ years’ hands-on Salesforce architecture experience, with 10+ years overall in technical delivery or development.
- Experience designing and implementing complex solutions for large scale Salesforce integration.
- Solid understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and integration best practices.
- Strong consulting and client-facing skills, with the ability to lead technical conversations confidently.
- Experience working within the public sector or Health environment (highly regarded but not essential).
- Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Administrator, Service Cloud, or App Builder).
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- A collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring others and building strong team culture.
