We are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect with strong Salesforce Platform expertise and hands-on experience in Industries Clouds and OmniStudio to design and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions for automotive clients.Responsibilities
  • Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions leveraging Salesforce Platform, Industries Cloud, and OmniStudio.
  • Translate automotive business requirements into scalable technical architectures. Define OmniStudio architecture using OmniScripts, FlexCards, and DataRaptors, following best practices.
  • Architect solutions across Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and industry data models. Define and review integration patterns with external systems (DMS, ERP, vehicle data platforms).
  • Provide technical leadership during discovery, sprint planning, and delivery. Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and scalability requirements. Support pre-sales activities, including solution design and technical estimations.
Requirements
  • Required Skills & Experience Strong experience with Salesforce Platform (data model, security, automation, integrations).
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Industries/Vlocity.
  • Solid hands-on experience with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors).
  • Experience designing enterprise and multi-cloud Salesforce solutions. Knowledge of integration patterns (REST APIs, events, middleware).
  • Language Requirements Fluent English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
  • Nice to Have Experience with Salesforce Industries implementations.
  • MuleSoft or complex integration experience.
  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Architect, Integration Architect, Industries, Automotive Cloud).
