Salesforce Functional Consultant, CPQ
Are you passionate about designing smart Quote-to-Cash solutions in Salesforce? Join us to work on end-to-end CPQ & Billing implementations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver impactful Revenue Cloud solutions for our clients.In this role, you will:
- Own and be accountable for project tasks as assigned by project leadership.
- Gather requirements within the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, including industry-specific functions and approaches.
- Execute Salesforce CPQ & Billing product configuration for implementation build purposes across the full product spectrum: product configuration, pricing, approvals, output, metrics, ordering, contracting, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Execute effective processes, including project methodologies, configuration standards, and meeting preparation.
- Perform Quality Assurance at the unit and system levels.
- Provide sound technical and business advice to the customer at all times with respect to the final solution.
- Facilitate discovery workshops, document user stories and acceptance criteria, and produce functional design documentation (FDD).
- Configure and test CPQ pricing logic (Price Rules, Product Rules, Discount Schedules), amendments, renewals, and contract lifecycle scenarios.
- Support data migration scoping (products, price books, contracts, subscriptions) and collaborate with technical teams for integrations (e.g., ERP, payments).
- Plan and support UAT, training, and enablement; contribute to go-live readiness and hypercare.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to align Q2C processes across Sales, Finance, and Operations.
- Form and test hypotheses based on a methodical examination of detailed evidence.
- Arrive at coherent conclusions through a consistent application of reason and rigorous analysis.
- Formulate a broader perspective of an issue by recognizing the interrelationships and interaction between elements.
- Deliver to clear outcome-based targets and measures. Work with a strong sense of urgency towards getting the job done.
- At least 1 year of experience on Salesforce implementations with exposure to CPQ, Billing, or Quote-to-Cash processes (replaces Sales Cloud–only focus to better fit Revenue Cloud).
- Understanding of efficient business processes (sales, order management, renewals).
- Strong communication skills with experience in messaging to external customers.

- Core Salesforce configuration experience.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Flows.
- Experience with Salesforce Reports & Dashboards.
- Hands-on Salesforce CPQ configuration: Product Rules, Price Rules, Bundles, Attribute-based configuration, Approval rules.
- Understanding of Billing concepts: invoices, credit/debit notes, tax handling, revenue schedules, payment processing, and collections basics.
- Experience with amendments, renewals, ramp deals, and subscription lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with the Salesforce data model for Products, Price Books, Quotes, Contracts, Subscriptions, and Orders.
- Ability to translate business requirements into declarative solutions and clearly articulate trade-offs.
