Project Manager
The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal team, ensuring effective expectation management, high‑quality delivery, and consistent communication. This role is responsible for leading the project end‑to‑end, ensuring that all deliverables are completed as planned while keeping internal and external stakeholders aligned.Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison between the client and internal team for day‑to‑day communication and expectation management.
- Own the project and its deliverables, maintaining direct communication with the client and stakeholders.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full‑scale project plans and all related communication documents, ensuring clear and consistent communication channels.
- Estimate required resources and oversee the project lifecycle using established methodologies.
- Create budget proposals, update financial forecasts using SOW numbers and projections, and recommend budget adjustments when needed.
- Plan, schedule, and track project timelines, milestones, and resources, updating PSA Resource Forecasting weekly.
- Prepare and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Proactively manage scope changes, identify potential crises, and develop contingency plans, documenting all blockers, risks, and changes.
- Define project success criteria and ensure alignment across all involved parties throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct project post‑mortems and produce recommendations to highlight successful and unsuccessful elements.
- Direct work experience in a project management role, including all aspects of process development and execution.
- Strong familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Basecamp, or similar tools.
- Solid working knowledge of current IT technologies across a broad range of solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and operational abilities.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Extensive experience with project management practices and tools to create, manage, and track project performance, deliverables, and outcomes.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive projects to successful completion.
- Ability to lead development and implementation teams.
- Strong English speaking skills along with Portuguese and/or Spanish.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
