Program Manager
The Program Manager within OSF Digital is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the successful delivery of multiple related projects that align with the organization's strategic objectives. This role involves managing interdependencies between projects, optimizing resources, and ensuring that overall program goals are met.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement program strategies, plans, and objectives that align with organizational goals.
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of multiple related projects within the program, ensuring coherence and alignment.
- Manage and resolve inter-project dependencies, risks, and issues, facilitating effective communication and collaboration among project teams.
- Monitor and report on program progress, performance, and outcomes, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Lead and mentor project managers and teams within the program, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Optimize resource allocation across projects, ensuring efficient use of personnel, budget, and materials.
- Ensure program deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Facilitate strategic decision-making and problem-solving within the program, driving continuous improvement.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, manage expectations, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of program and project management methodologies and best practices.
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role managing complex, multi project programs.
- Strong background in project management with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively manage stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in program and project management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Project or program management certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) are highly desirable.
- Advanced Spanish and Portuguese.
