We are looking for a Junior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Analyst to support the creation, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns. This role involves working with email production, basic automations, journeys, and simple SQL queries, ensuring smooth daily operations and high‑quality campaign delivery. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to develop technical skills within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Responsibilities:
  • Creation and sending of simple emails.
  • Building and executing basic journeys.
  • Drafting and executing simple SQL queries.
  • Creating and scheduling basic automations.
  • Developing and publishing simple Cloud Pages.
  • Supporting and validating activities.
Requirements
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud fundamentals (Email Studio, Journey Builder, basic automations) with willingness to expand skills.
  • Ability to build and configure marketing emails using HTML/CSS, responsive design principles, and SFMC content blocks.
  • Basic SQL knowledge for simple segmentation and data handling, plus an analytical mindset for troubleshooting and campaign optimization.
  • Fast learner, adaptable to constant changes in daily operations, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills, solid English proficiency, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
