Financial Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to support accurate financial reporting, reconciliations, revenue recognition, and consolidation processes. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to provide insightful analysis, ensure data integrity, and contribute to the achievement of OSF Global Services’ strategic objectives. In this role, you will:
- Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
- Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and other issues that should be brought to the Controller’s attention.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of P&L accounts.
- Contribute to monthly process for Projects Revenue Recognition
- Perform regular analysis of Deferred and Unbilled Revenues balances per projects
- Perform regular analysis of Projects set-up requirements in all related systems to ensure monthly revenues accuracy
- Contribute to monthly process for Financial Statements Consolidation
- Handle multiple projects from start to finish, independently, and as a member of a team, in a supportive learning environment.
- Communicate directly with key stakeholders to understand business and operational challenges and provide analytical support and insight.
- Ensure the production of the highest quality product, while exceeding expectations with respect to professionalism and expediency.
- Providing ad-hoc support to other Corporate Finance initiatives or cross-functional projects.
- Provide additional analysis support as requested by management.
- Understand the connection between OSF systems and processes related

- University degree in Accounting/Finance.
- English fluency
- 5+ years financial reporting experience.
- NetSuite experience a plus.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized in work.
- Ability to meet assigned deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel.
- Technical abilities with accounting systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to act and operate independently within his/her work.
- Team player.
