    Our Cases Refresher Lightning Web Component can be put into action using fast drag-and-drop installation with easy configuration.
  • structured table view


    Cases Refresher is displayed on the Salesforce Service Cloud home page as a Top Ten Cases table that includes the case number, the subject, the contact name, and the case owner.
  • real time refresh


    By activating the Auto Refresh toggle on the homepage, the Top Ten Cases list is automatically updated with the latest created cases. The default cases refresh frequency can be easily configured.
  • adding new cases


    Adding a new case record to the Most Recent Cases list view is ready in a few steps. As soon as the new case is created, its details are automatically updated in the case page.
  • view latest cases


    A list with the most recent cases is easily accessible and it can be filtered by specific criteria, such as owner or origin. Once this list view is modified, the Top Ten Cases table is automatically updated accordingly.
