Whether you’re not quite ready to invest in a large-scale OMS, or you’re looking to enhance your existing Salesforce Commerce Cloud functionality to handle requests, OSF’s product will meet your needs.   • SFRA Ready


    FastOMS is compatible with SFRA, Salesforce Commerce Cloud’s new customization model and blueprint for site design.

    Order Search

    You can use either a simple search using Name, Email or Order ID with autosuggestion, or take advantage of an advanced search using extra criteria.

    Order Edit

    No need to sync with an external OMS. You can change the order status, shipping and billing details, payment information, add new items, and modify their quantity, size or color – all within Business Manager.

    Under Order Edit, you have the option to add to an order a coupon with a discount or a promotion.

    Order Cancellation

    Orders can be cancelled and payments voided when applicable. You choose whether to offer a refund or not when cancelling an order. The customer will receive the refund to the same payment method used for the order placement.

    Refund & Return

    Different refund types are available including a credit card credit, gift certificate or a mixed refund.

    Order History

    You have complete information regarding the lifecycle of an order. From creation date to placement and payments, the track record mentions all processes and changes regarding orders.
