Salesforce Data Integration, the OSF UnifyCOMMERCE for Magento® extension, facilitates the automation of records synchronization—such as customer contact information, leads, sales orders, products and reviews—from Magento Commerce into Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds, enabling retailers to have a panoramic view of their customers’ data and actions in one place.

By getting a 3600 view of customers’ data, retailers can use smart performance indicators to create more effective marketing campaigns, optimize current strategies and identify new sales channels. The extension was built to utilize a minimum of system resources, and automation can be done without the need for any human interaction in the synchronization process.

    Choose the mapping sets that provide the best value for your ecommerce strategy, and add to the predefined mapping fields, as the extension is able to work with different entities that can be configured in the mapping sets in order to allow the synchronization of different custom fields.

    The easy-to-use and versatile extension is able to process a large number of records without creating performance issues. The extension allows users to enable/disable different synchronization types based on user needs and implementation, and includes a fully customizable configuration screen in the admin area.

The license includes updates, upgrades and limited support during the period in which your license is valid. When applicable, support will include fixes of software errors and bugs related to default functionality of the plug-in, free of charge. The extension comes with a 30-days warranty (from the initial purchase date).
