Global Technology Company Expands Further into Asian Pacific Marketplace
Québec City, Canada – January 31, 2018
– OSF Digital
announced today that it has signed a joint venture agreement with IT consulting firm RCI Asia Pacific
. This deal will boost OSF’s existing omnichannel capabilities and establish an increased local presence for the company within this region.
The partnership between the two companies began in January 2017 when RCI Asia Pacific joined OSF Global Partner Alliance
. One year later, this relationship has transformed into a joint venture with the resulting entity now referred to as OSF APAC. OSF Digital will add to its existing teams in Asia with this deal and will gain access to the personnel, infrastructure, OMS and POS capabilities of RCI Asia Pacific. RCI Asia Pacific’s offices in Hong Kong, Cambodia, China and Korea will now serve as OSF APAC offices, and will join OSF’s existing team.
Leveraging the proven methodologies, training and processes that are at the core of both companies, OSF plans to increase the number of omnichannel projects it delivers for the Asia Pacific region. It will
help APAC-based brands grow into new areas of operation and assist businesses from EMEA or the Americas who are looking to expand their sales to include the Asian Pacific marketplace. OSF will continue its focus on using the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform as a solid and robust technology solution for ecommerce development.
