The Talent Acquisition Specialist at OSF Digital plays a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent to fulfill the company's staffing needs.
This position involves:
- understanding job requirements, implementing HR marketing strategies, generating and researching HR leads, recruiting contacts and applicants and selecting candidates,
- collaborating closely with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure the recruitment process aligns with organizational goals and talent strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to job descriptions (JDs) by analyzing requirements and translating them into recruitment-specific documents like job ads.
- Implement HR marketing strategies, using marketing objects and engaging in both online and offline promotion activities to enhance employer branding.
- Generate and research HR leads by searching online for potential candidates, documenting contact information, and exploring alternative recruitment channels.
- Recruit contacts and applicants by screening CVs, matching profiles with job requirements, and managing communication with passive and active candidates.
- Select candidates by creating accurate entries in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), scheduling interviews, and implementing qualitative selection methods.
- Offer positions to shortlisted candidates, negotiating terms, issuing offers, and monitoring candidate interest until the joining date.
- Issue reports on recruitment activities, developing custom reports based on data to support decision-making.
- Sustain recruitment process optimization by proposing and implementing improvements and analyzing team members' suggestions.
- Contribute to other HR processes as needed, including HR administration, compensation, training, CSR, employee relations, talent management, and performance management.
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful candidate placement across various levels and departments.
- Familiarity with recruitment and selection tools, HR marketing, and lead generation techniques.
- Proficiency in interviewing, using questionnaires, and understanding recruitment statistics.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment marketing, including social media, viral HR marketing, and job market research.
- Ability to effectively screen and select candidates using various selection tools and predictive methods.
- Skills in integrating new employees and understanding organizational knowledge and culture.
- Knowledge of the IT industry, including trends, processes, services, products, and software development tools.
- Familiarity with ATS systems, such as Zoho Recruit, and other recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
- Fluency in English and Japanese
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
