Collaborate with industry leaders to design scalable solutions across Sales, Service, and Community Clouds on the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead implementation with enterprise-level customers from kickoff to go-live.
  • Act as process/functional guide, collaborate with leaders on business transformation projects to suggest industry standard methodologies and design scalable, optimized business processes, and best practices across sales, service, community clouds on Salesforce platform.
  • Work with Project Managers to successfully complete project to scope, budget, and timeline expectations by identifying risks, issues, key actions, and other day to day items that keep a project on track.
  • With PM support, manage multiple projects and guide customers through the implementation of Salesforce solutions using OSF methodology.
  • Define detailed solutions and work with Product Owners (as appropriate) to build out and get signoff on complete User stories (Backlog and Grooming), ERDs, Documentation, and project task which will be worked by the project teams.
  • Learn and utilize OSF standard and practices for coding, continuous integration, change sets deployments, and use of ClickDeploy or applicable tool.
  • Manage technical scope and client expectations, including management of development and technical resources both on and offshore.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure all tickets are estimated for level of effort (LOE) and lead scrums during development.
  • Relationship builder – actively seek to build positive relationships with clients, business partners, development partners and peers on other multi-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years’ total experience on the Salesforce platform and a seasoned IT professional.
  • 3+ years' experience leading Solution Design on the Salesforce platform as a consultant on project-based work.
  • 2+ years’ hands on experiences with Salesforce and declarative coding experience with the following but not limited to: Community Builder, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Workflow Rules, Lightning, Changesets, Formula fields, Case assignment rules, Omnichannel, and Live Agent.
  • Marketing cloud experience.
  • Strong foundation in web integrations and business systems with a desire to architect solutions on the platform using all the platform capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to successfully juggle multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines at once.
  • Current Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201).
  • Additional Salesforce certifications desire.
