We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Consultant with expertise in Data Cloud to join our team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between client business processes and Salesforce solutions, with a specialized focus on leveraging Data Cloud capabilities for enhanced data management, analytics, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong client-facing skills to deliver tailored solutions that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their business processes and identify software needs, including the integration and utilization of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
- Analyze client requirements and business challenges to recommend tailored solutions, focusing on Data Cloud capabilities.
- Provide expertise on Salesforce functionality, features, and potential limitations.
- Design and present solutions to stakeholders, clearly articulating benefits, strategic fit, and the role of Data Cloud in optimizing decision-making.
- Collaborate with developers and IT professionals to ensure accurate implementation of chosen solutions.
- Oversee customization and configuration of Salesforce applications to meet client specifications.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to facilitate effective adoption of Salesforce and Data Cloud features.
- Provide ongoing support and advice to clients, including troubleshooting and optimization of applications with emphasis on Data Cloud performance and scalability.
- Stay current with Salesforce trends, innovations, and Data Cloud advancements to provide informed recommendations.
- Document consultancy activities, including client interactions, recommendations, and feedback, with detailed insights into Data Cloud implementations and outcomes.
Requirements & Competencies:
- Proven experience as a Software Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role in IT or software consulting.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud and its applications.
- Hands-on experience with software development and documentation.
- Familiarity with software deployment and project lifecycle management.
