We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with expertise in B2B Commerce Cloud to join our team. In this role, you will design, describe, and maintain the software architecture of complex projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical best practices. You will act as the highest level of technical authority, guiding both internal teams and clients, while driving innovation and scalability in enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, design, maintain, and evaluate software architecture for Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud projects. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 
  • Support delivery teams in every aspect of their work, providing technical leadership and guidance. 
  • Identify opportunities, risks, and proactively solve problems to ensure project success. 
  • Communicate with clients as the highest level of technical authority, explaining scope, risks, and solutions. 
  • Consult and participate in presales activities, providing technical expertise and solution design. 
  • Contribute to software development within the team when needed. 
  • Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge transfer. 
  • Advance and evolve internal frameworks, software engineering guidelines, and best practices. 
  • Evaluate architecture and design in terms of functionality, performance, quality, and timing. 
  • Actively participate in agile, team-centric development processes.

Requirements & Competencies:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Architect in B2B commerce environments
  • Hands-on experience with platforms offering extensive configuration capabilities (e.g., Salesforce B2B Commerce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics). 
  • Demonstrated success in deploying enterprise-grade solutions with minimal custom coding. 
  • Deep understanding of B2B commerce workflows, pricing models, and customer hierarchies. 
  • Strong grasp of configuration management principles and best practices. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Effective communicator with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
