We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in Salesforce B2C Commerce (SFCC) to join our team. This role is responsible for the comprehensive management of projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, and closure according to strict deadlines and within budget. The Project Manager will lead both internal teams and third-party contractors to deliver projects aligned with OSF Digital’s strategic goals, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, managing expectations, communication, and delivery on a daily basis. 
  • Own project deliverables, ensuring completion and direct communication with clients and stakeholders. 
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management. 
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and associated documents, estimating resources and overseeing the project lifecycle using defined methodologies. 
  • Draft and submit budget proposals, update financial forecasts, and recommend changes as necessary. 
  • Plan, schedule, and track project timelines, milestones, and resources. 
  • Deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to ensure clear communication channels. 
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. 
  • Document blockers, changes, and risks, maintaining a centralized tracker accessible to clients. 
  • Define project success criteria, conduct post-mortems, and create recommendation reports. 
  • Utilize tools such as Confluence for documentation, ensuring all project meetings are recorded and stakeholders notified. 
  • Collaborate with QA teams to plan and execute project demos. 
  • Address blockers with internal teams to keep projects on track and ensure resource accessibility. 
  • Send client status reports summarizing project work, budget status, risks, and action items. 
  • Understand cross-platform requirements and dependencies, collaborating with other Project Managers. 
  • Conduct weekly internal meetings to review concerns and issues with leadership. 
  • Own the release management process, ensuring alignment with project timelines and business objectives. 
  • Oversee planning, execution, and post-release activities, facilitating communication and collaboration among teams. 
  • Conduct release readiness reviews and provide regular updates to stakeholders. 

Requirements & Competencies:

  • Direct work experience in project management, including all aspects of process development and execution on the Salesforce B2C Commerce (SFCC) platform
  • Strong familiarity with project management and release management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, ServiceNOW, JIRA). 
  • Solid working knowledge of IT technologies across a broad range of solutions, with a focus on release management processes and methodologies. 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with interpersonal and operational abilities to facilitate collaboration across teams. 
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environments, managing both project and release schedules. 
  • Extensive experience with project management practices and tools to track performance, deliverables, and outcomes, including release cycles. 
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive projects to completion, ensuring successful release deployments. 
  • Experience coordinating development/implementation teams and release activities aligned with project timelines. 
  • Skilled in conducting release readiness reviews, milestone reviews, and managing post-release activities. 
  • Experience implementing and improving release management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
