We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in Service Cloud Voice to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems that support Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect integrations. This role requires strong backend development skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and develop server-side logic and APIs to support the functionality of Salesforce Service Cloud Voice applications.
- Implement and maintain databases and data models to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using backend programming languages and frameworks.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of backend systems to identify and resolve issues.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure proper deployment and configuration of backend systems.
- Optimize backend code and database queries for performance and scalability.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in backend and Salesforce development.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate front-end components with backend systems.
- Ensure the security and integrity of backend systems by implementing appropriate security measures.
- Document technical specifications, code, and processes for future reference.
Requirements & Competencies:
- Proven experience as a Backend Developer or in a similar role, with a focus on server-side logic and database management.
- Hands-on experience integrating or working with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, Amazon Connect, or both.
- Strong understanding of backend development principles, best practices, and technologies.
- Experience with backend programming languages (e.g., Java, Node.js, Apex).
- Familiarity with databases and SQL.
