We are looking for a dynamic Salesforce Consultant with Data Cloud expertise to join our team. In this role, you will partner with clients to understand their business processes, identify software needs, and design tailored solutions leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud. You will play a key role in enabling organizations to unify, analyze, and activate their data for smarter decision-making and enhanced customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand business processes and identify opportunities for Data Cloud integration.
- Analyze client requirements and business challenges to recommend tailored Salesforce solutions.
- Provide expertise on Salesforce Data Cloud functionality, features, and limitations.
- Design and present solution architectures to stakeholders, highlighting benefits and strategic fit.
- Collaborate with developers and IT teams to ensure accurate implementation of chosen solutions.
- Oversee customization and configuration processes to meet client specifications.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to drive effective adoption of Data Cloud features.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of applications with a focus on Data Cloud scalability and performance.
- Stay current with software trends, Salesforce innovations, and industry best practices.
- Document consultancy activities, including client interactions, recommendations, and feedback, with detailed insights into Data Cloud implementations.
Requirements & Competencies:
- Proven experience as a Software Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role in IT/software consulting.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on expertise with Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Experience with software development and documentation.
- Familiarity with software deployment and project lifecycle management.
