Responsibilities:

  • Understand and communicate business requirements, goals, and project success criteria;
  • Design solutions to business needs using Salesforce.com capabilities;
  • Sell ideas to customers, clearly communicate advantages for the business;
  • Conduct meetings, prepare business process documentation and process flows;
  • Work closely with different internal teams and other parties;
  • Participate in complete pre-sales and implementation processes by driving the project from design to through deployment phases;
  • Guide development teams on functionality to meet the requirements;
  • Prepare client training plans and conduct trainings;
  • Participate to product development cycle;
  • Select and setup external apps from AppExchange;
  • Provide support for Salesforce.com users by troubleshooting system, process, and data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or Management Information Systems;
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com best practices, products and their capabilities/limits;
  • Previous experience in Salesforce.com implementations;
  • Ability to translate the requirements into successful projects;
  • At least one Salesforce Consultant certification is preferred;
  • Demonstrated consulting and customer service skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written English;
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills;
  • Excellent team player;
  • Resilient;
  • Ability to multitask;
  • Detail-oriented;
  • Ability to apply new concepts, business models, and technologies.
