Join us as QA Manager and take the lead in revolutionizing our testing processes for Salesforce core applications, collaborating with innovative teams to integrate advanced automation into our continuous integration pipeline and drive the future of QA excellence.
In this role, you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks specifically for Salesforce applications, supporting various types of testing (e.g., regression, performance, load, security).
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify and prioritize test cases for automation within the Salesforce environment.
- Utilize Salesforce -specific automation estimation techniques to provide accurate estimations for implementation and maintenance of the automation suite.
- Integrate automated tests into the Salesforce continuous integration and deployment pipeline to facilitate continuous testing.
- Analyze test results, identify issues and trends, and provide detailed reports on test execution and defects specific to Salesforce applications.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that automated tests are aligned with Salesforce business requirements and application features.
- Maintain and enhance the Salesforce automation test environment, ensuring its reliability and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce automation testing tools, techniques, and best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to manual QA engineers in transitioning to automated testing within the Salesforce framework.
- Follow the established Salesforce specific and general QA best practices and contribute to the improvement of QA processes and the overall QA strategy.
- Use internal collaborative tools, including AllAi, to gather and learn information about the tools, technologies, and testing methods necessary for everyday work in the Salesforce environment.
Requirements:
- Relevant certifications in software testing and Salesforce core technologies, such as: ISTQB Certified Tester CORE-specific certifications (if available);
- Certifications in relevant automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestComplete);
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset;
- Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive automated test scripts for Salesforce applications;
- Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes specific to Salesforce;
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI) within the CORE framework;
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
- Fluency in English;
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
