Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate complex eCommerce projects, including working closely with stakeholders, customers, business and delivery team at various levels
  • Plan and schedule milestones of the projects and monitoring progress
  • Oversee main aspects of the project, including an understanding of contract, SOW and how to achieve project scope
  • Critically understanding clients' business, merchandising and marketing activities, operations and systems not only during the discovery phase but also throughout the project development
  • Translating requirements of the client into technical specifications, in alignment with Solution Architects
  • Contribute to project scope, goals and deliverables definition in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
  • Be an active part of Agile ceremonies: making sure the development team is up to date with any changes in terms of project direction, and that is working on highest priority tasks
  • Develop and deliver progress reports’ evaluations, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations, identifying significant opportunities and risks related to the project
  • Proactively manage those changes in project scope and elaborate contingency plans
  • Resolve escalations and perform root cause analysis for positive results
  • Keep a constant positive connection with the clients: travelling will be required to participate in client meetings to ensure their satisfaction

Requirements:

  • University degree or college diploma in IT and/or Engineering and/or Business Management
  • 2+ years direct work experience in a Project Manager role for eCommerce projects: including all aspects of process development and execution, a focus on delivering implementations, integrations of various software application
  • Demonstrated experience managing eCommerce sites covering aspects such as: merchandising, online marketing, SEO, etc.
  • Excellent communication and customer facing skills
  • Experience or knowledge of Agile working environments is nice to have
  • Previous relevant experience with web programming languages/technologies is considered a plus
  • Outstanding organization and time management skills
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Availability to travel
