We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in the telecommunications sector to oversee one of our complex project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing high-stakes projects and a deep understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud. This role demands exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a complex project within the telecommunications sector, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and exceed client expectations.
- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
- Leverage Salesforce Commerce Cloud to optimize project workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for future projects.
- Experience with Headless projects might be a plus.
Requirements:
