Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor all project phases within Salesforce or omnichannel environments.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, communication plans, risk registers, and execution strategies.
- Manage client relationships and expectations, escalating issues when appropriate.
- Support and enable Delivery teams by ensuring clarity on priorities, resources, and dependencies.
- Lead status meetings, steering committee sessions, reporting activities, and project KPI tracking.
- Ensure adherence to OSF methodologies and quality standards, whether agile, hybrid, or waterfall.
- Control project scope, change management processes, budget, and resource allocation with appropriate governance.
- Collaborate with Delivery leadership and architects to ensure technical decisions align with scope and best practices.
- Identify project risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and remove impediments as needed.
- Provide insights to the commercial team regarding project progress, potential upsell opportunities, or contract renewals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing technology projects, preferably within Salesforce or consulting environments.
- Knowledge of agile and traditional project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK).
- Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Experience with project management tools and reporting practices.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent are considered an asset.
- English proficiency for working with global teams and clients.
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and a delivery-oriented mindset.
- Collaborative leadership style with a focus on results.
- Analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proactive, consultative, and adaptable in dynamic environments.
