We are looking for a great storyteller and communicator to help us develop content that converts. This person will be responsible for the creation of a wide variety of content pieces including sales emails, sales presentations, win and go-live stories, email marketing campaigns, and lead generation content among other pieces designed to generate action and awareness for our company, brand, products and various activities that we undertake.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in persuasive writing, sales writing, and storytelling, creating compelling positioning and thought leadership content with a minimum of three years’ experience writing B2B content. You should be able to distill complex technical information into easy-to-digest copy that engages, entertains, persuades, and inspires its intended audience.

This is a global and highly collaborative role. You will be a part of the Corporate & Branding global team, working with the Content, Sales, Marketing, Industry, and Product teams.

Before candidate selection and HR interviews, our recruiting team will need to receive from all candidates their resumes along with a portfolio showcasing examples of sales emails, marketing emails, sales related assets on B2B/tech industry, and any other sales focused copy.

As a Content Writer, you WILL:

  • Support the sales team in writing sales content, sales pitches, win stories, and any other related content that may help them close deals;
  • Write, proofread, and edit a wide variety of sales, marketing, partner and event-related content ensuring that copy is clear, error-free, relevant, and matches our brand voice;
  • Identify customers’ needs and gaps and address them in our content;
  • Improve the language around our differentiators, research the competitors to better position ourselves with our sales copy;
  • Interact with a variety of team members to take ideas and concepts through to the development of a finished piece. You will manage the approval and publishing process at every step of the way and work with managers, sales representatives, designers, and others in the completion of your tasks;
  • Present any ideas you may have for additional methods for OSF to grow and improve our differentiators and positioning, inspire future campaign plans and determine new vehicles for the presentation and distribution of our materials;
  • Make the copy you produce available for the extended team, by backing-up your materials in our storage systems;
  • Be a custodian for content quality and consistency throughout the company.

As a Content Writer, you ARE:

  • A native English speaker with excellent writing and editing skills;
  • Someone who has proven experience with B2B communications and has a minimum of three years as a copywriter;
  • Experienced in developing persuasive, innovative, and compelling content pieces;
  • Able to interview and research to develop vibrant stories that align with the company’s business goals;
  • Highly creative, collaborative, and able to work quickly and independently to complete projects with minimal guidance;
  • In possession of solid project and process management skills with a proven track record in driving tasks through from concept to completion.
