We are seeking for a self-starter Business Development Director who is eager to propose solution sales and products to develop new business and business expansion. If you have B2B sales experience within IT services and a passion for aiming beyond revenue goals, then join OSF.


  • Monitor and assess real-time opportunities for new business and business expansion in the assigned sales territory
  • Meet regularly with new customers to build long-term, productive and mutually beneficial relationships, understand their evolving needs
  • Provide advice to the customers and prospects regarding which solution/ product might best fulfill their needs based on the company’s expertise
  • Maximize engagement with prospects in the assigned sales territory to align their needs with the company’s solutions
  • Research the market and work on sales strategies for market segments
  • Execute a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds assigned booking targets
  • Align with key technology partners to identify, qualify and close opportunities that fall within the company’s expertise
  • Participate in development and execution of sales campaigns with the companies designated marketing resources
  • Work collaboratively with internal pre-sales resources, propose solutions to customers, clearly communicate advantages for the business and technology stakeholders
  • Develop in collaboration with internal resources bespoke solutions that meet customers’ needs and close the sale.
  • Provide specifications to prospective clients, and respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
  • Track activity, prepare and maintain records for sales leads and account status updates
  • Work in a collaborative manner with different internal teams and other parties


  • At least 3 years’ experience in complex business-to-business IT services and solution sales
  • Previous experience with eCommerce and IT solutions for retail industry is a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role or Sales Engineer role is preferred
  • Rainmaker: demonstrated performance of exceeding annual quota
  • Fluent English and Spanish
  • Proactive and goal-oriented individual
  • Consultative selling experience
  • Driven and motivated to succeed – able to work independently with minimal direction
  • Results oriented and a self-starter. Don’t wait for the business to come to you
  • Solid working understanding of enterprise IT and software integration
  • Experience with cloud-based eCommerce, CRM and Marketing automation platforms a plus
  • Existing experience with the Salesforce technology ecosystem a plus
