As a B2B Commerce cloud Consultant, you will be responsible for interpreting client requirements, business processes, and use cases to produce quality technical designs in the implementation, enhancement and support of B2B eCommerce projects.

Your task in detail:

  • Consult on the most complex tasks, projects/programs or support issues that involve the highest level of risk/impact enterprise-wide performance as a subject matter expert of using Salesforce B2B Commerce functionalities;
  • Designing, building and deploying B2B eCommerce solutions to meet customers’ business needs;
  • Participate in pre-sales, implementation processes, and drive projects through from design to through to deployment;
  • Provide estimates of the level of effort to implement a solution based on business requirements;
  • Work closely with the Sales, customers and the rest of the team to ensure successful delivery of various solutions;
  • Team leading and mentoring, assistance and technical guidance for team members, remotely;
  • Provide technical leadership, coaching and mentoring to junior technical team members;
  • Implement change control from development sandboxes to production and across the development life-cycle;
  • Develop reports, custom report types, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity;
  • Advise on Salesforce.com's best practices and guidelines in implementing solutions.

Your profile:

  • Working experience of Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud (CloudCraze) configuration and development;
  • Demonstrated ability to support Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud data model, Storefront and web content development;
  • Experience in implementing B2B eCommerce projects in a leading role;
  • Salesforce Accredited B2B Commerce Administrator and/or Salesforce Accredited B2B Commerce Developer certificates are highly preferred;
  • Customer facing skills;
  • Fluency in English - communication and technical writing.
